Ganz aktuell suchen wir für unseren Kunden eine kommunikative, motivierte und dienstleistungsorientierte Persönlichkeit als

Assistent*in Administration 80-100%

Hauptaufgaben:

  • Mitarbeit bei Backoffice Aufgaben
  • Entgegennahme, Bearbeitung und elektronische Erfassung der wöchentlichen Stundenrapporte der Mitarbeiter/innen (Deutsch- und Westschweiz)
  • Ansprechperson bez. Fragen zu Stundenrapporte (DE/FR)
  • Bestellung von diversen Marketing-Werbeartikel, Kleider für Mitarbeitern sowie Unterlagen für die HR-Abteilung etc.
  • Allg. Administration und Korrespondenz

Ihr Profil:

  • Kaufmännische Ausbildung und/oder entsprechende Weiterbildung
  • Nachweisbare Berufserfahrung im kaufmännischen Umfeld
  • Organisationstalent, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und strukturiertes Arbeiten
  • Vertraut mit MS Office Anwendungen
  • Stilsicher in Deutsch und gute Französischkenntnisse
