Assistent*in CEO 100% zwingend Bankerfahrung

Hauptaufgaben:

  • Vollumfängliche administrative und organisatorische Unterstützung des CEO (Telefon, E-Mail, Terminkalender, Korrespondenz etc.)
  • Kommunikations-Schnittstelle zur Geschäftsleitung und Stakeholdern
  • Planung/Koordination von Sitzungen, Aktivitäten und Konferenzen
  • Vorbereitung von Präsentationen sowie Organisation von Geschäftsreisen
  • Vor- und Nachbereitung von Besprechungsterminen sowie Protokollführung bei Meetings

Ihr Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, Weiterbildung z. Direktionsassistent/in von grossem Vorteil
  • Nachweisbare Berufserfahrung als Assistent/in CEO im Bankwesen
  • Kommunikative Persönlichkeit mit organisatorischen Fähigkeiten, gepflegtem professionellen Auftreten sowie Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Hohe Diskretion im Umgang mit Aufgaben
  • Sehr gute MS Office Kenntnisse und hohe Affinität zu digitalen Medien
  • Stilsicher in Deutsch, gute Französischkenntnisse von Vorteil
