Serviceberater After Sales

Was du mitbringen solltest:

  • Du hast eine abgeschlossene Berufslehre in der Automobilbranche.
  • Du verfügst über Erfahrung als Kundendienstberater in der Automobilbranche.
  • Du besitzt gute Umgangsformen und beherrschst den professionellen Umgang mit Kunden.
  • Du zeigst hohe Leistungsbereitschaft, Flexibilität und Teamfähigkeit.
  • Verkaufsflair und unternehmerisches Denken gehören zu deinen Stärken.

 

Deine Aufgaben umfassen:

  • Du betreust Kunden persönlich und telefonisch.
  • Du übernimmst die Garantie- und Kulanzabwicklung.
  • Das Erstellen von Angeboten, Arbeitskarten und Rechnungen gehört zu deinen Aufgaben.
  • Du überwachst die Einhaltung der Qualitätsvorgaben.
  • Du trägst zum aktiven Verkauf bei, um die Umsatzziele zu erreichen.
