Ganz aktuell suchen wir eine dienstleistungsorientierte und pflichtbewusste Persönlichkeit als

Betreuer*in Privatkunden 80-100%

Hauptaufgaben:

  • Empfang der Kundschaft und Erst-/Kurzberatung von Privaten Kunden (Teambetreuung) in den Kernbereichen
  • Konto/Zahlen/Sparen sowie Vorsorgekonto
  • Anlegen (Vermittlung von Prospektwissen, Depoteröffnungen, Entgegennahme und Erfassung von Börsenaufträgen
  • Finanzieren (selbstbewohntes Wohneigentum und Privatkredite)
  • Diverse Assistenzaufgaben und allgemeine Administration
  • Reporting an vorgesetzte Stellen und Meldung von Konkurrenzbeobachtungen im Tagesgeschäft

Ihr Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene Bank- oder Berufslehre, z.B. Kaufmann/-frau mit CYP Basic / Advanced
  • Mind. 1 Jahr Berufserfahrung im Kundenkontakt
  • Kommunikative Persönlichkeit mit organisatorischen Fähigkeiten, gepflegtem professionellen Auftreten sowie Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Sehr gute MS Office Kenntnisse
