Ganz aktuell suchen wir ab sofort/nach Vereinbarung eine zahlenaffine, dienstleistungsorientierte und pflichtbewusste Persönlichkeit als

Buchhalter*in 80-100%

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Fachführung von Buchhaltungen sowie Unterstützung des Head of Finance inkl. Rapportierung
  • Monats- und Jahresabschlüsse (Vollständigkeit, Richtigkeit, Stetigkeit) nach Swiss GAAP FER und OR
  • Erstellung von Reportings inkl. Intercompany-Abstimmung
  • Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung der Buchhaltungsprozesse und Projekte
  • Steuerabrechnungen (Ertrags- und Kapitalsteuern; MWST)
  • Cash- und Debitorenmanagement
  • Proaktive Unterstützung Zwischen- und Jahresabschlussrevisionen
  • Zuständig für das Interne Kontrollsystem sowie die Abrechnung ggü. Sozialversicherungen
  • Gelegentliche Stellvertretung des SAP-System-Owners und User-Support

Ihr Dossier überzeugt mit den unten aufgeführten Anforderungen:

  • Kaufmännische Grundausbildung mit Weiterbildung Fachfrau/Fachmann im Finanz- und Rechnungswesen mit eidg. FA
  • Nachweisbare Berufserfahrung im Accounting
  • Offen für Neues und Freude an der operativen Tätigkeit
  • Vertraut mit SAP sowie MS-Office Anwendungen
  • Stilsicher in Deutsch, Englisch/Französisch/Italienisch sind von grossem Vorteil
  • Kommunikative, flexible und teamfähige Persönlichkeit mit vernetztem Denken
