Wir suchen immer wieder für die Region Zürich und Aargau einen/eine:

Disponent (m/w/d)

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Planung, Koordination und Überwachung von Einsätzen, Touren oder Arbeitsaufträgen
  • Tägliche Einsatzplanung der Fahrer/Techniker/Arbeitskräfte (je nach Branche)
  • Optimierung von Routen, Ressourcen und Kapazitäten
  • Terminplanung und lückenlose Auftragsabwicklung
  • Ansprechpartner für Kunden, interne Teams und externe Partner
  • Entgegennahme, Bearbeitung und Priorisierung von Kundenanfragen
  • Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Informationsflusses
  • Überwachung von Terminen, Lieferfristen und Qualitätsstandards
  • Erstellen von Rapporten, Dokumentationen und Auswertungen
  • Unterstützung bei administrativen Aufgaben im Tagesgeschäft

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder technische Ausbildung
  • Erfahrung in der Disposition, Logistik, Transport, Technik oder ähnlichen Bereichen von Vorteil
  • Sehr gute Organisations- und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
  • Hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Belastbar, flexibel und entscheidungsfreudig – auch unter Zeitdruck
  • Gute IT-Anwenderkenntnisse (ERP, Planungstools, MS Office)
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse; weitere Sprachen je nach Branche ein Plus
  • Teamplayer mit einem effizienten und strukturierten Arbeitsstil
