Ganz aktuell suchen wir für unseren Kunden als Ergänzung zu einem bestehenden Team eine kommunikative und dienstleistungsorientierte Persönlichkeit als

Executive Assistant 100% (w/m/d)

Hauptaufgaben:

  • Umfangreiche Betreuung des intern. Tagesgeschäfts sowie Unterstützung der externen Partner
  • Planung/Koordination von verschiedenen Sitzungen, Aktivitäten und Konferenzen
  • Vorbereitung von Präsentationen sowie Organisation von Geschäftsreisen
  • Allg. administrative Tätigkeiten, wie z.B. Korrespondenz in DE/EN, Vertragsmanagement etc.

Ihr Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Grund-/Weiterbildung, von Vorteil im Dienstleistungssektor
  • Kommunikative, sehr dienstleistungsorientierte und organisationsstarke Persönlichkeit
  • Vertraut mit MS Office Anwendungen
  • Stilsicher in Deutsch, sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in W+S
