Seit 2002 markterprobt und very personal suchen wir für unsere Kunden Persönlichkeiten die flexibel und unkompliziert sind und ein fröhliches Naturell besitzen.

Ganz aktuell suchen wir für unseren Kunden als Ergänzung zu einem bestehenden Team eine kommunikative Persönlichkeit als

GL- und Team-Assistent*in 100%

Hauptaufgaben:

  • Assistent/in der Geschäftsleitung und gelegentliche Unterstützung des Verkaufsteams
  • Planung von verschiedenen Aktivitäten, Tagungen und Events
  • Vorbereitung von Präsentationen, Pressemitteilungen, Workshops
  • Organisation und Koordination von diversen Geschäftsreisen
  • Administrative Tätigkeiten, wie z.B. Protokolle erstellen, Vertragsmanagement etc.
  • Verwaltung der Besucherinfrastruktur und Betreuung der Gäste

Ihr Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene kaufm. Grundausbildung, Weiterbildung als Direktionsassistent/in ist ein Plus
  • Mindestens drei Jahre Berufserfahrung als GL-Assistent/in oder Team Assistent/in
  • Aufgeschlossene, dienstleistungsorientierte und koordinationsstarke Persönlichkeit
  • Sattelfester Umgang mit MS Office Anwendungen, SAP von Vorteil
  • Stilsicher in Deutsch und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse (W+S), Französisch/Italienisch von Vorteil
