Ganz aktuell suchen wir ab sofort/nach Vereinbarung für unseren Kunden kommunikative, motivierte und sehr dienstleistungsorientierte

Lehrabgänger*innen für kaufmännische Tätigkeiten 80-100%

Hauptaufgaben:

  • Allgemeine Sekretariatsaufgaben
  • Administration und Korrespondenz
  • Ansprechperson für schriftliche und telefonische Kundenanfragen
  • Weiterleiten von Kundenanfragen an die zuständigen Abteilungen
  • Teamunterstützung

Ihr Profil:

  • Kaufmännische Grundausbildung / Maturaabschluss / Handelsdiplom
  • Berufserfahrung in Sachbearbeitung
  • Stilsicher in Deutsch, von Vorteil gute Französisch- und/oder Italienischkenntnisse
  • Zuverlässigkeit und kundenorientiertes Handeln
  • Vertraut mit MS Office Anwendungen
