Mitarbeiter*in Administration 80-100%

Hauptaufgaben:

  • Diverse administrative Tätigkeiten
  • Datenüberprüfung von Anträgen
  • Erfassung und Vorbereitung von diversen Daten
  • Allg. administrative Korrespondenz
  • Ausweiskopien überprüfen und ggf. nachverlangen

Ihr Profil:

  • Kaufmännische Ausbildung und/oder entsprechender Weiterbildung und/oder Studenten/innen
  • Berufserfahrung im kaufmännischen Umfeld von Vorteil
  • Vertraut mit MS Office Anwendungen
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in W+S
  • Exakte und speditive Arbeitsweise, Freude an repetitiven Arbeiten
