Ganz aktuell suchen wir ab sofort/nach Vereinbarung für unseren Kunden eine zuverlässige, motivierte und sehr dienstleistungsorientierte Persönlichkeit als

Mitarbeiter*in Empfang Kundenzone 100% (Bankenbereich)

Hauptaufgaben:

  • Empfang und Triage der Kunden in der Kundenzone (Floor-Tätigkeit)
  • Administrative Weiterverarbeitung der Kundenanliegen (Zahlungsverkehr)
  • Unterstützung des Teams bei administrativen Aufgaben

Ihr Profil:

  • Kaufmännische Grundausbildung oder entsprechende Weiterbildung (zwingend im Finanz- und/oder Bankenbereich)
  • Berufserfahrung in Kundenberatung (Finanz- und/oder Bankenbereich)
  • Stilsicher in Deutsch, weitere Sprachen (FR/IT/EN) von Vorteil
  • Vertraut mit MS Office Anwendungen
  • Offenes und professionelles Auftreten, dienstleistungsorientiert
