Ganz aktuell suchen wir für unseren Kunden ab sofort/nach Vereinbarung eine zuverlässige und sehr dienstleistungsorientierte Persönlichkeit als

Mitarbeiter*in Facility Management 100% im Finanzsektor

Hauptaufgaben:

  • Entgegennahme und Verteilen der Post an zwei Standorten, abends Postbereitstellung für die Abholung
  • Auffüllen der Büromaterial Servicepoints
  • Bereitstellen der Gläser und Karaffen in den Sitzungszimmern, Ordnung herstellen
  • Kleinere Reparaturen und Unterhaltsarbeiten ausführen
  • Mithilfe bei Zügelaktionen und umstellen der Möbel in den Büroflächen
  • Bewirtschaftung E-Mail Briefkasten der Abteilung

Ihr Profil:

  • Ausbildung als Fachmann/-frau Betriebsunterhalt und/oder mit nachweisbarer Berufserfahrung
  • Selbstständige, zuverlässige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Kontaktfreudige Person mit rascher Auffassungsgabe und gepflegtem Auftreten
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Gute Kenntnisse mit MS-Office Anwendungen
  • Führerausweis Kat. B
