Ganz aktuell suchen wir für unseren Kunden als Ergänzung zu einem bestehenden Team eine kommunikative und dienstleistungsorientierte Persönlichkeit als

Personalassistent*in 80-100%

Hauptaufgaben:

  • Übernahme der gesamten Personaladministration, ohne Payroll
  • Koordination und Selektion inkl. Vorstellungsgespräche
  • Schnittstelle zwischen Linienvorgesetzten, Behörden und Mitarbeitenden
  • Kommunikation und Korrespondenz mit internen und externen Stellen
  • Mitarbeit innerhalb des HR-Teams und deren Stellvertretung

Ihr Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Grundausbildung mit Weiterbildung als Personalassistent/in oder Sachbearbeiter/in Personalwesen
  • Mindestens zwei Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Personaladministration/HR
  • Selbständige, speditive, exakte und prozessorientierte Arbeitsweise (hohes Arbeitsvolumen)
  • Sattelfester Umgang mit SAP und MS Office Anwendungen
  • Deutsch als Muttersprache und gute Englischkenntnisse in W+S, Französisch oder Italienisch von grossem Vorteil
