Ganz aktuell suchen wir ab sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine sehr dienstleistungsorientierte und verantwortungsbewusste Persönlichkeit als

Sachbearbeiter*in 2./3. Säule 80-100%

Hauptaufgaben:

  • Eröffnung von Freizügigkeitskonti
  • Auszahlung von 2. & 3. Säule-Geldern
  • Abwicklungen im Rahmen der Wohneigentumsförderung
  • Übertragung von Geldern in andere Vorsorgeeinrichtungen
  • Diverse Abklärungen mit internen/externen Stellen (schriftlich/telefonisch)
  • Schreiben und Beantworten von Kundenbriefen

Ihr Profil:

  • Kaufmännische Grundausbildung oder entsprechende Weiterbildung
  • Nachweisbare Berufserfahrung in der Sachbearbeitung (Bankkenntnisse von Vorteil)
  • Stilsicher in Deutsch, gute Französischkenntnisse von Vorteil
  • Vertraut mit MS Office Anwendungen
  • Hohe Kundenorientierung und adressatengerechte Kommunikationsfähigkeit
