Sachbearbeiter*in Administration 80-100% im Finanzsektor

Hauptaufgaben:

  • Administrative Tätigkeiten und allgemeine Korrespondenz
  • Bearbeiten von diversen Autorisations-/Änderungsanfragen
  • Überprüfen und Weiterleiten von diversen Unterlagen
  • Teamunterstützung in Projekt-Aufgaben

Ihr Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder gleichwertige Weiterbildung
  • Berufserfahrung in allg. Sachbearbeitung
  • Stilsicher in Deutsch, von Vorteil gute Französisch- und/oder Italienischkenntnisse
  • Vertraut mit MS Office Anwendungen
