Ganz aktuell suchen wir ab sofort/nach Vereinbarung eine dienstleistungsorientierte und pflichtbewusste Persönlichkeit als

Sachbearbeiter*in Ämter 80-100%

Hauptaufgaben:

  • Sicherstellung der zuverlässigen Administration von Todesfällen (von der Meldung bis zur Auszahlung bzw. Weiterführung als Erbengemeinschaft)
  • Bearbeitung von Mündelfällen (Vormundschaften, Beistandschaft etc.)
  • Allgemeine Administration und Korrespondenz
  • Unterstützung bei Projektarbeiten im Team

Ihr Profil:

  • Kaufmännische Ausbildung (von Vorteil bei Bank, Notariat oder öffentliche Verwaltung)
  • Nachweisbare Berufserfahrung in der Sachbearbeitung (von Vorteil Bank, Notariat oder öffentliche Verwaltung)
  • Zuverlässige und exakte Arbeitsweise
  • Stilsicher in Deutsch sowie gute Französischkenntnisse
