Sachbearbeiter*in Auftragsabwicklung/Operations 100%

Hauptaufgaben:

  • Auftragsabwicklung von Bestelleingang, Fakturierung bis zur Auslieferung
  • Offertwesen und Kalkulation
  • Telefonischen und schriftlichen Kontakt mit Kunden, Lieferanten und Stakeholdern
  • Pflege der Artikelstammdaten in ERP (Pro-Alpha)
  • Überprüfen von Warenlieferungen und Sicherstellung der Materialverfügbarkeit
  • Mitarbeit bei projektbezogenen Arbeiten

Ihr Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung und/oder entsprechende Weiterbildung
  • Nachweisbare Berufserfahrung in der Verkaufsadministration eines technischen Umfeldes
  • Dienstleistungsorientiert und flexibel
  • Hohe Kundenorientierung und Teamspirit
  • Vertraut mit MS-Office Anwendungen und ERP-Systemen
  • Stilsicher in Deutsch und gute/sehr gute Englischkenntnisse
