Ganz aktuell suchen wir für unseren Kunden im Raum Zürich als Ergänzung zu einem bestehenden Team eine motivierte, kommunikative Persönlichkeit als

Sachbearbeiter*in Einkauf/Beschaffung 80-100%

Hauptaufgaben:

  • Unterstützung bei Einkaufs-/Beschaffungsaktivitäten
  • Assistenzarbeiten für den direkten Vorgesetzten
  • Erfassung/Pflege von Artikelstammdaten inkl. Preismutationen
  • Statistiken, Kalkulationen und Auswertungen aufbereiten
  • Beobachtung des Warenflusses und Mitarbeit bei laufenden Projekten
  • Allgemeine Korrespondenz mit Lieferanten und Partnern

Ihr Profil:

  • Abschluss als Kauffrau/Kaufmann und/oder gleichwertige Weiterbildung
  • Nachweisbare Berufserfahrung im Einkauf/Beschaffungsmanagement
  • Dienstleistungsorientiert und Organisationstalent
  • Vertraut mit MS-Office Anwendungen
  • Deutsch verhandlungssicher, FR/EN/IT von grossem Vorteil
