Sachbearbeiter*in Facility Management inkl. administrativen Tätigkeiten 100%

Hauptaufgaben:

  • Wartung von zwei verschiedenen Gebäuden in der Stadt Zürich
  • Allgemeine handwerkliche Aufgaben und Reparaturen
  • Unterhalt der technischen Infrastruktur
  • Pflege und Unterhaltsreinigungen
  • Diverse Administrationsaufgaben

Ihr Profil:

  • Ausbildung als Fachmann/-frau Betriebsunterhalt und/oder Hauswart mit EFZ und nachweisbarer Berufserfahrung im Bereich Facility Management & Administration
  • Selbstständige, zuverlässige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Kontaktfreudiger Teamplayer mit rascher Auffassungsgabe und gepflegtem Auftreten
  • Stilsicher in Deutsch in Wort und Schrift
  • Gute Kenntnisse mit MS-Office Anwendungen
  • Führerausweis Kat. B
