Ganz aktuell suchen wir für unseren Kunden als Ergänzung zu einem bestehenden Team eine engagierte und kommunikative Persönlichkeit als

Sachbearbeiter*in Innendienst 80-100%

Hauptaufgaben:

  • Telefonische und schriftliche Kundenbetreuung auf DE/FR/IT
  • Aktive Unterstützung bei Sonderaufgaben oder Projekten
  • Kundendatenpflege
  • Gutschriften, Stornos und/oder Beanstandungen bearbeiten
  • Diverse Aufgaben im administrativen Bereich

Ihr Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Grundausbildung und/oder entsprechender Weiterbildung
  • Mind. zwei Jahre Berufserfahrung im Innen- und Kundendienst
  • Dienstleistungsorientiert und Organisationstalent
  • Vertraut mit MS Office Anwendungen
  • Stilsicher Deutsch, gute Französisch- und Italienischkenntnisse in W+S
