Ganz aktuell suchen wir für unseren Kunden als Ergänzung zu einem bestehenden Team eine zahlenaffine und zuverlässige Persönlichkeit als

Sachbearbeiter*in Rechnungswesen 80-100%

Hauptaufgaben:

  • Mitwirkung bei täglichen Aufgaben wie Tagesbilanz, Datendownload, Excel-Übersichten nachführen usw.
  • Kontroll-Aufgaben (Geschäftsbericht, statutarische Jahresrechnung, Offenlegung, Vorlagen Halbjahresabschluss)
  • Erstellung von Excel-Auswertungen nach Vorlagen
  • Durchführung von einfachen Datenanalysen (Geschäftsbericht-/Reporting-Vorlagen pflegen)
  • Aufbereitung von regulatorischen SNB-Erhebungen
  • Reports für interne und externe Empfänger

Profil:

  • Kaufmännische Grundausbildung, von Vorteil Weiterbildung Sachbearbeiter/in Rechnungswesen
  • Nachweisbare Berufserfahrung im Rechnungswesen
  • Sehr gute Excel-Kenntnisse
  • Stilsicher in Deutsch in W+S
  • Zuverlässige, einsatzfreudige und motivierte Persönlichkeit
