Sachbearbeiter*in Zahlungsverkehr 50-100%

Hauptaufgaben:

  • Vorbereitung, Priorisierung, Erfassung, Kontrolle und Freigabe von Zahlungsein- und -ausgängen
  • Tagfertige Verarbeitung von Zahlungstransaktionen
  • Administrative Tätigkeiten und allgemeine Korrespondenz
  • Team-Unterstützung

Ihr Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung und/oder gleichwertige Weiterbildung
  • Berufserfahrung in der Sachbearbeitung
  • Vertraut mit MS Office Anwendungen
  • Stilsicher in Deutsch, von Vorteil Französisch- und/oder Italienischkenntnisse
  • Speditive und genaue Arbeitsweise
