Ganz aktuell suchen wir für unseren Kunden ab sofort/nach Vereinbarung eine kommunikative, zahlenaffine und sehr dienstleistungsorientierte Persönlichkeit als

Spezialist*in Payroll 80-100%

Hauptaufgaben:

  • Erfassung aller Eintritte sowie der lohnrelevanten Mutationen in Microsoft Dynamics Navision
  • Bearbeitung der Familienzulagen
  • Bearbeitung, Berechnung, manuelle Korrekturen der QST via ELM und Kontrolle sowie Abgleich mit der Finanzbuchhaltung
  • Erfassung und Bearbeitung von Unfallfällen im UKA
  • Unterstützung bei der monatlichen Lohnverarbeitung für ca. 1‘300 Mitarbeitende
  • Sicherstellung des Informationsflusses zu den Sozialversicherungspartnern
  • Mithilfe bei den Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresendarbeiten (AHV-Lohndeklaration, Quellensteuer, Familienzulagen, Pensionskasse etc.)

Ihr Profil:

  • Kaufmännische oder gleichwertige Grundausbildung mit Weiterbildung im Payroll/Sozialversicherungen
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einer ähnlichen Funktion, von grossem Vorteil im Gesundheitswesen
  • Vertraut mit MS Office (insbesondere Excel), von Vorteil Microsoft Dynamics Navision
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Stufengerechte Kommunikationsfähigkeit und eine hohe Dienstleistungsbereitschaft
  • Selbständige, zuverlässige und exakte Arbeitsweise
